Cruises

- embarkation: saturdays from 16:00
- disembarkation: saturdays from 09:00

The prices of the cruises are per person per week.

The cruises will take place with a minimum number of 4 passengers. In the case where this minimum number is unable to be reached within 20 days of the departure date, the cruise will be cancelled and the sum paid will be promptly given back. RossoMediterraneo will attempt to fix and propose a new departure date to passengers, who will be free to accept or decline.

Exclusive hire

- emabarkation: saturdays from 16:00
- disembarkation: saturdays from 09:00

The prices are for the hire per week of the whole boat.
Exclusive hire of the boat allows you to request a change to the planned itinerary.

Conditions valid for all forms of hiring

At the time of confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required and the signing of a travel contract that summarizes the services booked.

The final balance must be paid at least 30 days before the departure date

Cancellation by the passengers

Passengers who cancel a booked and confirmed cruise will be charged the following penalties:

- 50% of the total sum of the passenger price or of the hire for cancellations up to 30 days before the departure date.

- 100% of the total sum of the cruise for cancellations less than 30 days from the departure date.

You will be able, however, to take out an insurance policy covering cancellation penalties. It is important to request this at the time of booking.

Let-out clause

Passengers are required to produce the final balance before the 30th day prior to the departure date.

In cases where the contractual conditions are not adhered to within the terms mentioned, the contract will be automatically cancelled without any warning or notice of non-compliance – and the deposit paid will be retained by Rosso Mediterraneo S.r.l. by way of reimbursement.

General Information

The travel plans and the itineraries described on the site are subject to change as they depend on the sea and weather conditions and are therefore subject to the final decision of the captain.

Diving equipment is present on board.
It is only possible to hire equipment to licensed divers for free diving after signing a form of indemnity liability. Guided diving sessions and/or diving courses during the cruise will be undertaken with the support of the local diving club.
These should therefore be requested and agreed upon at the time of booking the cruise.

Cautionary Deposit

No cautionary deposit is charged

Insurance

The boat is insured under the policy “Kasco” and r.c.t.
Passengers’ personal belongings on board are not insured.
Upon request at the time of booking it will be possible to take out personal insurance to cover medical costs and early return journey, in case of accident or illness.
